- Are your designer items authentic?
- yes all of our designer items are authentic unless stated otherwise.
- How long does shipping take ?
- shipping takes 3-20 BUSINESS days unless the item is on the ships in 24 hours.
- How long does priority shipping take?
- Priority shipping takes 2-3 business days, this shipping applies to when the order is actually shipped out.
- What shoe sizes do you offer?
- We offer women size 6-10 & men size 4.5 - 12
- How can I get in contact with someone about my order?
- Please email redfortunecustomerservice@gmail.com along with your order number and the name on the order.
- My tracking number has not updated yet, what do I do?
- If your tracking number has not updated yet please contact USPS & provide them your tracking number.
- Can I change the shipping address on my order?
- Yes, if you need to change the address on your order please email redfortunecustomerservice@gmail.com along with your order number, the name on the order, and your new shipping address.
- Do you offer refunds?
- No we do not offer refunds, however if you wish to receive a different item or you are unsatisfied with your order we offer store credit as well as store exchanges.
- Do you offer signature upon delivery ?
- Yes all orders, standard & priority, placed after January 1st 2021 automatically comes with signature upon delivery.
